Rural Health Telecom, a division of Koxlien Communications, Inc., exclusively supports rural healthcare providers with telecommunications network products and services. Since 1999 we have focused on providing support to rural healthcare providers seeking to obtain Universal Service Funds.

Our past and present clients include smaller rural clinics to community and regional medical centers. We offer support of WAN services and products such as ATM, Frame Relay, Internet Access, Private Routed Networks, Internet VPN and more.
